If you would like Fiberlink Wired Internet Services to delete data associated with your Messenger conversation with us, you may request deletion by contacting us through our official Facebook Page.
How to Request Deletion
- Message the Fiberlink Facebook Page and state that you are requesting deletion of your Messenger data.
- Provide enough information for us to identify the relevant conversation or account (for example, the name or Facebook profile associated with the conversation).
- Fiberlink will review your request and process it, subject to any legitimate legal, accounting, or operational retention requirements.
We do not guarantee instant deletion and do not commit to a fixed turnaround time for processing deletion requests.
